Nils Höglander Takes Puck To Face [Video]
The Vancouver Canucks were on the attack in the Maple Leafs zone when Jordie Benn attempted a shot from the blue-line only to nail his teammate, Nils Höglander, in the face with the puck.
The play was blown dead instantly and Nils headed for the bench holding his forehead, while wiping away the red stuff. However, he caught a break by taking the shot right in the visor as he was able to get patched up and return to the game.

Frederik Andersen had a stellar outing making 31 saves on the night and completing the three-game sweep of the middling Vancouver Canucks.
Elias Pettersson scored the lone goal for the Canucks and Braden Holtby stopped 16 of 19 shots for the Canucks.
The Canucks will play the Maple Leafs six more times in this season, with the next game taking place March 4 in Vancouver.
