Zach Werenski and Dylan Larkin, off the ice they may be best friends, but during the Red Wings vs Blue Jackets game the two decided to drop the gloves and battle it out during a line brawl. Also Bobby Ryan and few other players mixed it up as well.

The scrum was kicked off after the Red Wings scored a goal on the Blue Jackets  by steamrolling over Joonas Korpisalo in the net. At first the goal was waved off due to goaltender interference, but upon review it was a Columbus player who created the interference and, thus, was turned to a good goal.

Ryan had a goal and an assist during the game. He scored the first goal for the second straight game, taking a stride to scoop up the puck and swiping it in off a draw in the first period.

The Blue Jackets outplayed the Wings to start the third and were rewarded with a go-ahead goal when Alexandre Texier scored on a wrap-around. 1:16 later, Pierre-Luc Dubois raced up the middle and scored to put the Red Wings down by two goals.

Final score saw the Columbus Blue Jackets beat the Detroit Red Wings 3-2.
